Dissatisfied with sizing

I tried to buy these shoes twice. Size 9-1/2 wide was too big so I ordered 9 wide and they were too small. I didn't know what to do so I gave up! I'm returning the second pair, too

I wear a 9 in size but had to go up a size which the company waste no time exchanging. Over all, they are comfortable.

I love Tom’s classic canvas shoe. I own several pairs. Quality and comfort never vary. I’ll keep buying them as long as they are made. Knock-offs are not the same. Good job, Tom’s!!!
