I start every day with the wake capsules, and it's part of my night time ritual to use the sleep capsules as well. They work.

Have not noticed a difference in sleep

I generally fall asleep ok, hoping these would help with middle of the night awakening. I will finish my supply and see if benefits will come over time.

Wake & Sleep

It's only been a week since implementing these two products into my daily routine. I'd say by day 3 is when I noticed sustained energy throughout my day and thought "oh yeah, I'm taking WAKE, that's the change!". I'm going to give SLEEP more time to prove itself because I've been dealing with insomnia for years. That's a lot to overcome in one week. Still hopeful. So far I am impressed ! By the way, a side note: the packaging is so beautiful, it made me smile right out of the box. Kudos to the artist who created the designs.
