Love the pre workout! It doesn’t cause tingles, but I can tell when it kicks in! I surprisingly do not love this flavor which is weird because the color blue is always the superior flavor. Lol

Tastes good, some tart but yummy. Also smells amazing

Compared to Alani pre workout. Pump and tingle the same, the flavor is similar but much more mild. I like it 👍👍
