Constance White Cotton Nightgown

The Constance nightgown is absolutely beautiful. The smocked bodice is flattering and comfortable, and the cotton fabric is incredibly soft, lightweight, and flowy. It feels lovely to wear and has the romantic, vintage look I was hoping for. My only complaint is the fit around the armholes. I ordered an XXL, and it was roomy everywhere except under the arms, where it felt surprisingly tight. This was especially unexpected because I am only 5’0” tall with short arms, and I usually have the opposite problem—straps and arm openings are often too large and need alteration. In this case, the armholes were too restrictive, so I ended up snipping a small slit under each arm to make the gown more comfortable. If Jacaranda Living added a little more ease through the armhole area, this would easily be a 5-star nightgown. The fabric, craftsmanship, and beautiful smocked top are wonderful.

Sooo comfortable it’s insane. I wish I could wear them all day long this is my 3rd night gown and I’m sure I’ll be buying more and the fit is right on.

Love everything about this gown.

I usually wear small or x-small but ordered medium because of the fabric and the style. After one washing it was perfect -including comfortable!
