Worst possible service!

Wish i could give negative star ratings!! Not sure if this should be categorized as just mis-selling or fraud! First they market the item as available for delivery and promise 8 -10 day delivery. After ordering (19 May) , they telll you the item is not in stock but already sent to warehouse in Canada. When i asked them for more details, it became clear that the item was being shipped from India and had not even left the country till 6days after. Worse, i ordered 4 items - only 2 got delivered (on 16 Jun), nearly 4 weeks after ordering. When i followed up, they said it wasnt in stock so we will refund the balance! So they knew and sat on the funds for weeks. Interestingly, the item still shows as listed on their website!! This is just mis-selling. Will never buy from them!!
