The written directions seemed to miss some steps . The video and directions were not always the same.

Colors of the yarn were exactly as shown in the photos. All materials were included to complete the project. Directions were clear until you got to the assembly. It just said to stitch things together. There were no instructions for a beginner that were clear on how to attach the arms as as well as the other parts. I am not a beginner crochet, so I knew what to do, but I think a beginner would have been confused. I definitely recommend this company for amigurumi crochet kits. The cost is identical to other manufacturers, and I even reached out to customer service myself and they answered within minutes that was a very nice gesture. I will be purchasing from this company again.
