Great Feeling Shave Soap

This is the 2nd shave soap that I have tried recently and it is by far the best. It makes your skin feel so good and smooth, especially when using the preshave. I did have a issue with the soap disappearing off of one side of my face before I got to shave it… it was annoying. I expressed this to Peregrine and Tyler got back to me and suggested that I watch my water on the soap and to press the brush down while applying soap to it. Man what a difference. I pre wet my brush with very hot water and then gently squeezed it to get excess water off the brush and then pressed the brush down and applied the soap. It lathered very rich .. way better than before and when I applied the soap to my face it didn’t dissipate like before… Genius … thanks Tyler. This is great stuff and I recommend it. Thanks Tyler for going above and beyond to get me using your product correctly… Nobody teaches you this stuff.

They are over aggressive with contacting me

You get text messages! Text messages! If you buy something they don't stop contacting you. Even if you unsubscribe and reply 'stop'. This purchase was a huge mistake. The soap isn't much different than other "fancy soap" so the overly aggressive contact system makes it a no purchase for me. They are local to my hometown so I want to support them, but can't justify this type of business practice. Send me an email confirmation and another with a tracking number. You can even sign me up for sales emails too, but harassing me for a review and auto-enrolling me in any text message campaign is too far. I do a ton of online shopping and this has been the worst experience by far. Please reconsider how you treat a customer!
