Don’t buy this if you don’t like people sticking their noses in your beard for a good ol’ whiff. This scent lasts throughout the day and seems to be enjoyed by men, women, genderqueer and NCG-folk alike. After I’ve finished up with Peregrine's Nettoyant Visage Face Wash with Canadian Glacial Clay*, I reach for the Park Ranger Beard Balm. It’s also the very last part of my grooming routine. Just a little bit of this through my curly face mane and I’ve got a tamed beard. The matte finish compliments most styles and keeps the grease factor low. Lastly, I don’t wipe my hands off on a towel after grooming … Park Ranger Beard Balm makes a great solid cologne, too! I’ve bought many of these since first discovering them at a local retailer. This balm continues to be my goto! *I was provided with a sample of the Face Wash mentioned in the review. However, after making it part of my grooming routine, I can confidently say it is now my new face wash. Couldn’t be happier.

I have been working to improve my beard care routine pretty steadily over the last few years. It started with beard oils, then I got a good beard brush, and I was stuck wondering what to do next. I mentioned that I had been thinking about getting a beard balm and my partner mentioned that the Park Ranger Beard Balm smelt incredible so I decided to give it a go! Not only does it smell great, but I noticed more softness in my beard almost instantly. On top of that, the loose scraggly hairs became much more workable and obedient when I would style my beard. 10/10! Will be buying this again.

As always Peregrine makes an amazing beard balm and this one is no different. It is a great pairing with the Park Ranger oil, and adds that finishing touch to keep any flyaways under control.
