These are a very excellent value with the option to switch between standard and Olympic plates. My workouts are more efficient with the weights not sitting in the e floor. Since my rack is not bolted down, the weights improve the stability while doing dips. It would be nice to have the retaining pin closer to reduce the holder movement when pulling plates. Not a deal breaker though.

Hold standard and Olympic.

I’m still using standard plates and these were the only weight holders that hold Olympic and standard weights. Finally got my plates and on the rack where they belong. Perfect.
