Purple Prowler 8X - Ultra Performance 8 Strand

Here is a decent spottie that was my first fish on this new combo paired with 15lb purple prowler 8x Braid. At first impressions it is very very thin in diameter which I like as it filled up all my spool on a shimano nasci3000 . As far as spooling the reel went I love the way beyond braid has no memory which made tieing my knot to spool/spooling reel was a breeze. I like the casting distance and feel of line as you recieve a stike from a fish . From the smallest calico to legal spottie I felt every single bite . All in all im loving the braid so far. Im looking foward to my next purchase.

Now this line really disappointed me if I were purple, I expected to stay for a few fishing trips at least but it’s only an hour of fishing. The line turned white. It was also extremely un smooth when casting reeling in. Biggest issues: line isnt smooth when casting. Loses color extremely fast, frays worse than any other braid i have used.

Just started buying this brand,grand son and law has been buying this brand and loves it,so I went to getting it and so far so good spools good and cast really well
