Hello my item was delivered broken and scratched, I made contact immediately and had a response over a week ago. I have forwarded a video as requested on WhatsApp and that was the last contact your company has made. I have tried twice this week but no return response.

Could’ve been a very beautiful piece. However, it came with multiple scratches. I reached out to the company and they told me that it was thoroughly inspected prior to being sent. They said it must’ve been me who scratched the unit. They were unwilling to help me solve the situation. So, buyer beware, they do not stand by their product, and it’s quite a chunk of money to have it arrived damaged. I would not recommend buying from this company.
