Excellent pizza stone and excellent communication with the company. If you decide to buy it, you definitely won't regret it. The baking results are fantastic and the quality of the stone is outstanding. The only downside is the long waiting time for delivery, but the company handled everything professionally and kept me informed throughout the process, so in the end it was absolutely worth the wait. Beautiful stone

The stone arrived with some delay, certainly because of high demand, but in perfect condition, and customer service was responsive and helpful.

I received a broken stone. Contacted them,no answer... The stone was kinda wet so it could explain why it was more fragile.
