I loved the watch, beautiful design perfect fit. It looks amazing. Why 3 stars? Because we got it 2 months later. In my opinion I don’t care much if it is late but I do care that we did not receive a message explaining the delay. It can put a question mark on the Customer Service side. You got a great product guys you just need to tweak the communication piece
