Orvyla - Portable Air Conditioner

Worst purchase of my life. Doesn't cool at all like it's advertised. And now when trying to return it they are offering 1/3 of the price i paid for me to keep it and won't send a return label so i can get a full refund like the site says they would. This company is a joke

We found the packing behind a tree, box was damaged, pieces of the acc was found broken, when we try to used it as cold acc, only the heater is working, poor delivery. They threw it and they didnt checked that was too high and when hut the cement broke. I received in a daily basis purchases from TEMU and other vendors and l have never get a broken piece because they needed to throw it on top the door. Poor packaging as well. I’m not willing to pay for a broken piece. Too much money for a broken piece that doesn’t work as supposed.

Terrible boxes was damaged and both the air cooling products had damage to they are no good for air cooling you can't alter the blowing speed so only one speed which is really low you can only feel it when you get close like 2 or 3 feet from it, and trying to get full refund is a nightmare so I've lost £120
