Quality is evident, fit is great, the hats look great, and shipping was prompt.

There is a slight imperfection where the wool was not sewn very well. It makes one spot look like a dirty line about an inch long and then another spot less noticeable. Both are on top so not really noticeable or cannot be seen well from others but it does pop out to me because it is a white hat. Other than that, great hat.
