Not As Advertised

The pillow looks beautiful online, however in person it is SO much darker. The colors aren't the same at all. I wrote customer service and was given an apology, yet no help. They said they would refund me MINUS the original shipping charge AND wanted me to pay to ship them back. Ridiculous, no thanks. I wouldn't have bought them if they were properly shown online. I will never spend my money here again.
