Flavor without Salt

This is a really good seasoning for me to use to add flavor to my food without salt being the base for flavor. I have to monitor how much sodium I use in my food due to someone in my household having health issues. I love for my food to be well seasoned and taste good and this seasoning helps me do that while minimizing the amount of salt I use.
