Mini Handheld Cooling Fan

Fan is as advertised, 199 speeds (although at speed 199 its about as powerful as most hand held 5 speeds) plus a cooling plate that does get cold, but in 100° heat it can't really cool much, but it does help some.

Small Fan, Surprisingly Powerful! I’m really impressed with the Magic John Mini Handheld Cooling Fan. For such a compact fan, the airflow is surprisingly strong and does a great job of cooling you down quickly. It’s lightweight, easy to carry, and perfect for hot summer days, traveling, outdoor activities, or just keeping in your bag. The battery life is great, and I really like being able to adjust the fan speed depending on how much airflow I need. It also feels well made and doesn’t take up much space. Definitely one of those small gadgets that you don’t realize how useful it is until you have one. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It really does have a chiller plate in the middle of the fan ,and you certainly can feel the cooling affect immediately after you turn it on,very happy and impressed
