Initial Impressions

Only had it for a few days, but initial impressions. I'm blown away, the quality of everything is stunning, comparing to the ADA issue pack this blows it out of the water. thing is built like a tank but still light weight. all the pouches on the outside have proper storm throats (unlike the issued pack) to weather proof them. they also all have pass behinds so you feed MOE, entrenching tools, machete or star pickets behind the outside pouches. the inside features a mesh pocket on either side that runs top to bottom for long items like tents poles, also features two zipper mesh pockets for storing small loose items you dont want on the outside IE. socks of skivvies. be aware that the main compartment is a touch smaller than the issued ada pack but still fits the valhalla xframe bivy + snugpak winter bag in the bottom half of the bag leaving the top free for MEI's and other items. and for all the folks like myself using the Crossfire dg16 frameset, this is compatible with it. though only a couple of the securing straps line up enough to use.
