Can-Am Defender Heavy Duty Winch Headache Rack HD9 / HD10 / HD11

I appreciated the customer service…I checked thewrong block in my order and they called to verify the choice I made and saved me a ton of headaches. My only negative was the hardware provided—really the washers were not big enough to keep the bolts from punching through the frame of the rack. They did not match the YouTube video where they used lock washers and a large washer. No big deal-$10 at the hardware store and I was in business. Wiring was simple. Great product.

Glad I spent the money and the choice I made

This is an awesome accessory for my Defender Max. Fit, finish and design are great. I used it to load my first deer of the season which had to be extracted from the feeder pen. I was able to load the animal by myself with ease. Thanks for building great products in Texas.
