Hi, I’ve had a great experience with Bootvault. Aside from a tracking number that somehow got lost, everything was perfect. The boots are excellent quality, look amazing, and come with a matching boot bag as well as a pair of grip socks. Unfortunately, the original box was missing, but that’s not a big deal. As compensation, I’ve already received a discount for my next order. Delivery took about 4 weeks (to Switzerland). I’m very satisfied and would happily order from Bootvault again! 👋❤️🏆
