The Exorcist - Evil Eyes T-shirt

Print was very crooked, like diagonal around my side. I emailed my complaint and they sent me another crooked shirt. shop owner saw my bad review and refunded my money and said he would send me a new shirt of my choosing. Months later I received an email from the owner stating that he was having some health issues but had not forgotten about me, and months later again, it's been almost a year since I originally ordered this shirt, I still have not received the replacement shirt. Refund was issued so I guess no big deal, but I never did get a good shirt.
