it did take a bit longer than expected but this case is everything!! I absolutely love it, it has the soft inside for your phone and they unfortunately didnt have my charm i wanted but gave me an extra heart charm for free and wrote a little apology note inside which I genuinely respected because they didnt want to delay my order any longer so they found an alternate solution. This brand and case are exactly what I wanted :)
