SpiderMan Custom Bunny Plush

The bunny itself is really cute and soft, and I love the Spider-Man details. However, I was very disappointed with the overall experience. I ordered this bunny in July and didn’t receive it until September, so the shipping took over a month. I was also disappointed that it didn’t come with any Jellycat tags, especially because the pictures and advertising made it look like it was an authentic Jellycat. I wish the listing had been much clearer about what I was actually purchasing. The bunny is cute, but for the price and the extremely long shipping time, I don’t feel like it was worth it. I would definitely be cautious before ordering.

The rabbit itself is super cute and really soft but its hard to tell if its an actual authentic Jelly Cat. Theres no tag or anything. Aside from that- shipping time took almost a month for me to receive and customer service was horrible. They barely responded and when they did once- it seemed like a copy/paste auto message which I abdolutely dislike! This was my first and last purchase from them.

Its cute, but the pictures have jellycats in them, the videos PREMOTING this item has jellycats, and i was sent just some basic cute bunny, with no tags in sight. I love the spiderman detailing, but for over 50$ when final purches is complete, i expect what i pay for. Furthermore, this ALSO took over a MONTH for it to arrive. My order was place in july and i didnt get my package until sept 1st. Its not worth asking for a refund but be cautious of this product.
