55W HID H1 AC Replacement Bulbs

Not the quality I expected

It was time to replace the hids as it had been about 6-8 months and the colors were starting to fade on my kensun 55watt 10k highs, lows and fogs.i Ordered through the website since I couldn’t find on amazon anymore and paid a bit more for product and shipping, but was ok with it since they had always been a quality product. When the product arrived it wasn’t in the little locked metal case it usually arrives In and instead was packed in super thin cardboard boxes so it made me wonder what happened to the quality right away. I went and tore my truck apart to swap out highs, lows and fogs and the only half the lights worked. I did some trouble shooting and couldn’t figure it out right away so I called kensun and then I got a recording saying that the office was closed till the 23rd of October 2019!!!!!! I was pretty upset as I was like 2 hours into installation and ruined my others taking them out and touching them thinking the new ones would be legit. Turns out half the lights that all had “ QC approval stickers” had wires from the HIDs not secured to the plugs and were loose so not getting connection so now I have to buy another 150 bucks worth of lights and spend another 3 hours tearing stuff apart to replace a poor quality product.
