Shadow Liner 2-in-1 Eyeliner & Eyeshadow

It’s not good. When I put it on my upper eye area it doesn’t fill in. I try to tap it in with my finger and it comes right off. I’m sorry very disappointed. I looked at the return policy and thats a terrible policy.

Its orange. Doesn’t look anything like the color in the picture. Had I known i never wiuld have purchased it. Thats two products from Virallush that i am disappointed in. Ive only ever bought two as well. Won’t be purchasing anything more.

These were not close to the colors shown, furthermore this is like using wax. I have to use a primer or the shadow will not last.
