VERY sparkly. Less holo than the picture, but still holo and amazing. Medium chunky flecks reflect a good amount of light. Thicker coats look very silver.

I always am happy with DND. I COULD NOT FIGURE OUT HOPE TO USE THE FOIL BASE GEL. I LOVE THE ALWAYS HAVE DEALS
