Great products, thanks! The overall order experience left me unhappy though. I ordered enough product to receive free shipping, completed the ordering process and then realized I needed a charger. I almost immediately went back into the store & ordered a charger. I tried to find a way on your site of adding more product to an existing order but couldn't. I sent a message explaining this but never heard back and was, of course, charged $8.19 shipping.

Everything arrived quickly and as described, couldn’t be happier.
