Brooke | Synthetic Lace Front Wig (Mono Top)

Beautiful!

I was in the mood for a long, classy look, and this wig delivers. The style is easy and versatile with one small issue. Updos are a little tricky because there are short ends that stick out of the bottom of the cap, but I'm able to pull it back into a low ponytail with no problems. I did use some light steam to keep the bangs out of my face. Other than that, density is very light, and the cap is comfortable for all day wear.

Great long layers but funky bangs!

The style of this wig is simply gorgeous except for the bangs, which hung in a “V” from the center part and were stick straight. I used gentle heat to restyle but it took some effort. Additionally, the lace front is really shiny and sparkles; I had to apply some makeup to make it less noticeable. The hair fiber is somewhat brittle, too, and less durable than wigs I’ve purchased from Jon Renau, Raquel Welch and Ellen Wille. After a month of regular use, it lost the curl and was snarling a lot, even with Beautimark detangler. Last, the cap gapped in the front so I tightened the ear elastic but the metal clips don’t hold in place, and they dig into your scalp-OUCH! (other brands use Velcro). On the plus side, the style and the color (Saffron Spice-rooted subtle golden red) are simply stunning! In short, a somewhat cheaply manufactured beautiful wig that requires a bit of work and won’t last.

Such a beautiful and easy wig to wear... it’s one of those wigs wear all you have to do is just take it out of the box and then, tada, hair is done. It is still one of my favorite wigs but it is a lot of hair so if you are new to wearing wigs please keep that in mind! Love my Brooke though... she makes me look so beautiful!
