Some of the buttons are too soft to press and therefore often press them by accident, though that may just be my hands. But the biggest problem is the software. I’m on Mac and a lot of the time the controller just refuses to work. When k press the buttons nothing happens even if I have the software open.

Incredible value for the money and has sped up my editing process tremendously. Battery life is long, I would turn it off when you’re finished using it to maximize its life. The only con is that sometimes it will glitch continuously doing an action over and over again until you stop it. Again, overall value is worth it.

The Ulanzi D100H is too error-prone — the keys are placed in a way that makes them very easy to press by accident. I found myself triggering shortcuts I didn't intend to use on a regular basis, which quickly became more of an annoyance than a productivity boost. On top of that, after already setting up my Ulanzi 200X and having a Mouse Master X configured with a solid set of shortcuts, the D100H didn't really add anything meaningful to my workflow. It ended up feeling redundant rather than complementary. Honestly, the only reason I didn't return it was pure laziness.
