When this tattoo came out I knew I had to have it. I set a big goal at disney to PR on my half marathon, so I put this tattoo on the hand with my watch to look it it as I checked my pace, reminding myself “if you dream it, you can do it” and with the help of my race tatts I achieved it, the mantras are such a simple but powerful way to keep you strong.
