For the most part, the build was okay. the worst part was the customer service and his attitude when I was just trying to understand why the device wasn't working as I had come to understand it to work per his website. instead of him helping me, he immediately got defensive and started insulting me for no reason whatsoever. after insulting me, he then tells me to send it back but per his website, he accepts no returns, so i'm not sure to trust him. Especially since the way he spoke to me unjustifiably
