Lovely dress but teething issues

It’s a beautiful dress, I bought as a wedding reception dress for an abroad wedding to change into. Unfortunately it’s way too tight, even if I lost more weight and the shoulder straps fall down easily so wouldn’t be ideal for any kinds of movement. Such a shame as it’s lovely!
