Insomniac's Dream Herbal

I order this form myself and for a friend who frequently has trouble sleeping. We both agree that this blend is the best ever. I do have to brew it in bags though as it tends to shed a bit in a tea ball and I don't care for debris in my tea. For the sleep challenged though it's great, relaxing and soothing. It's lovely.

This is a great wind down the night tea. I prefer to use it in muslin bags that I make and wash to reuse . It's a little powdery so a tighter weave helps that. I bought some for a friend as a gift, and she loves it too.
