I love the product. I just wish that the items that I buy on a regular basis could be in stock. I ave had way too many backordered products.

These synthetic extensions are very natural looking, and I frequently receive compliments on "my" beautiful hair. Just as incredible was my customer service representative, Sophia. After contacting a few online vendors, the manufacturer showed my item out of stock. Unlike other representatives, Sophia went the extra mile and called the company to find the stock had been replenished. I received my extensions within days thanks to her helpful service.

I have used this item for a long time and am pleased with the item but not with the extra charges I am receiving from UPS.. might have to look for a new supplier ☹️
