Beautiful wig but lost a lot of hair

This wig is so pretty. I received so many compliments. I am really disappointed that most of hair kept falling out. I reached out to customer service, and they were going to get back with me. They never did. I am still paying on this wig. I would like to order another one, but I am skeptical. Also, it became very dry and brittle.
