Light weight metal construction, do not tighten the screws too much. Fairly cheap product but it is worth the extra cost that it is a distributor involved that is has good communication. We are satisfied with both the product and VAXLAMP.

Lovely lamp

We are very happy with the lamp. It looks very similar to the picture and it feels quite robust and looks really good as well. We were worried that it would be hanging too low and upon contacting support they were very helpful and were able to provide us with an additional, shorter hanging rod which turned out to give the perfect distance from the ceiling, without hanging too low.

Wonderful customer support

The light is pretty but the customer support I received was excellent. They were flexible in giving me extenders for the light after I bought it and shipped out replacement bulbs when one came missing. Thank you Cathy for the amazing support you've given!
