The order was placed from Australia and was delivered here 14 days later. A tracking number was emailed so I could see the shipping progress. This is the second order in 5 years and each time the order and delivery process has been easy and efficient. Great product, works well. We live on the beach and with a spray coat of Action Clear rust preventer, it will last 10 years with a bit of regular cleaning and occasional painting.

As a landscape designer, I have specified many gate hardware, latches and hinges for specialty gates. I have been frustrated by the poor quality until I found Iron Valley's hardware. It feels solid in hand, a characteristic not to be underestimated, is well made and most of all is powder coated, not spray painted! This looks like the best hardware, moderately priced and excellent customer service. A keeper.
