My bike was rocking a basic first aid kit for years...
My bike was rocking a basic first aid kit for years, and it never occurred to me how inadequate that could be. This kit is very much like my IFAK from the Army. Now my basic kit is in the bag for scrapes and cuts, while this kit hangs ready for an emergency.
One thing that I think loses a star is that these are intended for riding, but live in a nylon Molle pouch. I repacked both kits, and this one now lives in the bright red First Aid dry bag, where it will actually grab attention if I'm the one down, and where it will be protected from rain.
I also bought the medical info QR tags, and used som fabric hot glue to adhere one to the name tag on this pack, in case I am using it away from the bike. My phone doesn't have a good place for one. The fabric tag doesn't let it stick well, but I made it work. Incorporating one of the tags on the name tag would be a nice feature.
Hopefully I will never have to give a more in-depth review of the contents, but it seems likely that they will perform at need.

Needed it the night I got it, and it came through!
This is the third Lite kit that I've bought, and I got this one specifically to pair with and supplement my main one (basically spread out the contents so everything is less jampacked). Like the other two, this had an excellent supply of medical gear in a very compact package. I strapped it to my leg the day I received it. That night, while riding to work, I came upon a group of guys, one of whom had crashed and ground up his knees and elbow pretty badly. I was able to stop and utilize some of the alcohol swabs and all three rolls of gauze to bandage his injuries. Talk about instant purchase validation! I would absolutely recommend this kit, especially if you're not a medical professional (nothing in this requires official training to understand and use).

Great introductory kit. Add a Hyfin chest seal to help complete this trauma kit.
