Not worth the money

The insert does not flush correctly when placed inside the bat. I have tried to return the item to Sheffield Pottery, but was told that they are contacting the manufacturer. I have been trying to resolve this for 2wks. I reached out again to Sheffield, but they have not had the courtesy of returning my calls or answering my emails. So, not only am I waiting to return this item, I’m dealing with very poor customer service as well.

Useful for small works

This works really well, but is small. Most useful for coffee cup-sized things. The upward pull while making larger pots (or working with stiffer clay) pulls the whole thing off the wheel head pins.

Good product.

Rubber pin holes very tight. Took some work to attach. Love the product.
