just use it for a week, so far slight improvement on my knees. need to use it for longer period to see how much improvement. bought 2 free one package. one of the knee massager timer is shorter than the other two by approx 1 min. just that I don't know if it is fully charge , maybe should look into when fully charge there is change in led light.

Bought for my 80+ year old mom whose knees are some times weak and painful, walking with walking stick very slowly. After 1 week of used, she said her knees are much smoother and no more clicking sound. She loves it and tells me that she will want to keep the machine even though I told her that we can return it within 90 days. Hope her knees are stronger for her to walk better and longer distance after using it for longer period.
