Poor, poor customer service and communication!

Gift for my wife was held up at customs because of needing to pay the duty tax. I eventually, and reluctantly, gave in and paid because I wanted my wife to have her gift. Upon purchase, we also had a pair of stud earrings included for free - I repeat, included for free, not requested or asked for. Upon receipt of the gift, I noticed that the £60+ fee I had to pay for my wife's gift also INCLUDED the value of the stud earrings. How you could charge me for this and not pay it yourselves is beyond me. I have sent four separate emails to the company without a reply, nor any acknowledgement of the issues we have faced. I am still in communication as I expect this to be resolved swiftly, and expect some form of compensation due to the terrible experience we have faced.
