Did my first four nights on this mat and it’s a great upgrade from my old Thermarest 3/4 ultralight mat from 30yrs ago! Firmly inflated it’s comfortable warm and a good nights sleep for a side sleeper like me. If you slightly deflate, it becomes noisier to move around. Enough to annoy my fellow walker! The wide standard length is good and I’m a few centimetres taller than the mat. Not an issue. Only gave four stars as haven’t tried it in cooler weather so want to know if the R5.4 is worthwhile.

Solid sleeping pad

Simple to inflate, comfortable to sleep on with plenty of room. Lightweight and seems well made.
