The pin itself is lovely, but my pin arrived missing one of the three pin backs, and when I raised the issue to customer service they kindly sent me a replacement…. Of a different pin. Thankfully the front of the pin is undamaged, so it wasn’t a complete bust.

Loveee it! It’s a bit heavy but the detail is amazing.
