Reinvented: Premium Comfort Bamboo Boxers

I was very disappointed because it did not have a fly to go to the bathroom. I cannot see going to the bathroom where you have to pull down your pants and pull down your underwear and other than that they seem to be pretty good.

I have ordered this product before and was very satisfied with it but time not so much. The pic shows the new item(tagged L) laid under the previous bought item(tagged XL) Don’t understand how this could happen…they are tagged wrong(L) and should be tagged XXL and are way bigger than my previous purchase and will not fit. What the next steps to correct this problem??.

Product is very comfortable, and seems to be of good quality. Only negative is the lack of a "trap door" in front, otherwise I'd have given 5 stars instead of 4
