Excellent customer service!

I ordered a few items at the end of Dec 2025, which the delivery was stated as delivered after one week. But at that moment, I did not receive the items. After some emails go and forth ShokuninGunpla and its carrier, found that it should be problem on carrier. Customer hotline of carrier requires long wait and annoying conversation with AI before we can talk to a human agent. ShokuninGunpla did spent their time to go through these steps to help me get back the items! Although it spent almost 2 months, I finally can enjoy what I have purchased. During this period, I can see their effort to make their customer happy and satisfy, try their best to be reliable. Knowing that they don’t just take the money and go away. Really appreciate their service.
