Balqees Abaya Coat

Extremely disappointed with my experience. The coat I received is defective and not as described. The length is completely off to the point that it is unwearable, I was literally tripping over it when trying it on. I even measured it with a measuring tape to demonstrate this to the seller. The quality also does not match expectations for a winter coat. It is very thin, the inner pockets are visible from the outside, and the button placement for the shawl is poor so it doesn’t drape off the shoulders elegantly, which makes it look poorly made overall. I tried to resolve this directly and was cooperative throughout, but the seller initially only offered a $15 partial refund, which is nowhere near enough to cover the cost or inconvenience caused. After raising my concerns further, they stopped responding and refused to cooperate. Overall, a very disappointing experience in terms of both product quality and customer service. I wouldn’t recommend.

This is the best abaya coat. I love the fabric.
