This is truly a gorgeous skirt. I tried different solid color tops with it and found it tricky, oddly enough. I actually decided the best top to enhance the skirt was a top the same background blue as the skirt. That was challenging because blues are very different! But I did find it. I also think a navy top with it looks good. Deep red works as well. I can't imagine anyone not being ecstatic to own this beautiful floral skirt.
