I needed to exchange the shirt for a smaller size. Easy to return item and new one dispatched very quickly. The shirt is of great quality and just what I had been looking for. Love the company and their ethos.

Fabulous shirt

Fabulous quality oversized shirt in lovely fabric. As other reviewers suggested, I sized down and the shirt was spot on. Will be a wardrobe staple for holiday. I did have an issue with label placement and damage of the fine fabric however Hayley resolved so full marks not only for the shirt but for customer service too.

Absolutely fabulous shirt. Lovely shape and length works well on a 5’2” person. Having read reviews I sized down (usually 10/12) and the 8 fits perfectly - still a bit oversized but comfortably so. First purchase from Eleven Loves and a real find. Thank you.
