Foot Rail Combination Bracket 2.0" - All finishes

Great......but one minor complaint.

The rail and brackets look great. Only one small complaint. I was provided with the exact number of screws. No extras. Brass is soft, and even after pilot holes, I stripped three screws. I had to buy a few new ones to finish the install. A few extra screws would have helped.

Unsympathetic

I erroneously bought two foot rail brackets thinking that they matched three I had already purchased. I was wrong, they were too small, and from a different manufacturer (my bad). I would return them, but with the cost of shipping them back and the 25 percent "restocking fee" it is not worth it. So, now I am stuck with two odd-ball brackets. A company with good customer service would not charge to take back their product.
